1. How long does it take to repair my Xbox 360?
The average person will have their Xbox 360 up and running in around 1 hour. This is assuming you have all of the parts you need already in front of you. If you have taken an Xbox 360 apart before, you will most likely have it repaired in about 30 mins since you already have an idea of what is inside.
2. Do I need any tools to fix my Xbox 360?
For the basic guide, you will just need a couple of screw drivers that most people will have around the house.
For the advanced guide, you will need a couple of replacement parts as well as the screw drivers mentioned above. You can purhcase the replacement parts at a local hardware store, or at a link provided in the members area.
3. How hard is it to repair my Xbox 360?
As long as you follow the instructions or videos provided, you will have no trouble repairing your console.
4. Why does the Xbox 360 console have so many problems?
The reason you and millions of other gamers are having so many problems with your Xbox is because Microsoft cut corners and cost in order to beat the Nintendo Wii and PS3 as well as save a few bucks per console. They did not provide the console with proper cooling. This causes the CPU and GPU to overheat and cause a variety of errors. The good news is, 99% of all Xbox 360 errors can be solved by the method explained in this guide (excluding DVD drive errors) which is covered in another guide. These errors include the three red rings, e73 & e74.
5. What makes this guide different from the others?
We know there are tons of other guides out there. Some may be put together very well and include great information, however the majority of them are rip-offs. Even though they are rip offs and probably contain close to the same information, those sellers will not be able to provide you with any technical support should you need it. The XboxRepairKit has been around since 2007 and has helped thousands of customers repair their consoles.
Our studies show that we have an average of 96% success rate for our customers repairs. This means that for every 1,000 guides we sell, around 960 of those consoles are successfully repaired. What about the other 4% you ask? Well some consoles are just damaged beyond repair and our guide will not help if their is physical damage. If this happens to be the case for your console, we will happily refund 100% of your purchase price, no questions asked!
6. What if I am stuck?
If at any time during your repair you are having trouble or have a question about a particular step, we offer 24/7 support to help you through the way. We strive to achieve excellent customer support and we feel we have accomplished this.

"Let me start by saying I'm not one to jump into things. However, I knew once I called Microsoft and they told me it was going to be $140 + shipping to have my console repaired, I immediately began looking for other options. I contacted a couple of independent companies about repair but the cheapest I could find would still be almost $100. I then remembered reading in one of my gaming magazines about a company selling a repair guide. So I went on google and found you guys. Read over the sales page and decided why not? If it doesn't work I can request a refund. Well needless to say, that evening my Xbox 360 was running like new. It seems a little quieter now too.
Thanks for your great guide!"

"Amazing guide. This was the third guide I had purchased to fix my son's console. Needless to say, the first 2 didn't do what they promised. I wish I would of saved myself the headache and went with you guys first. Thanks again!"

"Hallelujah! My Xbox 360 that has been sitting in my closest collecting dust is alive again! I can't believe all Microsoft did was....*censored*....just to cut costs a little bit. I bet they don't have the same R&D after that mistake. Anyways, thanks again guys, you are my savior!"

I wanted to say Thanks! The repair instructions worked flawlessly! It took a little more than 1 hour, but we did not rush it either. My son is thrilled, he gets to start playing again tonight!
